Mr. Hass has over twenty-five years experience in boundary, topography, commercial and residential surveying, construction staking and utility layout. He also has two years experience as a lumber inspector.
He has over twenty-five years experience as a project manager in commercial, industrial, residential site design and civil engineering. For two years he was a construction project manager at the Savannah River Site supervising installation of concrete foundations, steel and wooden-framed structures, piping, pumps, conveyors, fabrication equipment, heating and ventilation systems and instrumentation in several areas of the site and obtained a "Q" clearance at that time. Additionally he has worked as civil and water system design engineer for municipal, industrial, commercial and governmental clients. His experience includes water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, site design, surveying, and large dam and pond design, as well as cost estimating, conceptual and final design, construction management and field inspection.
